We are pleased to be able to offer an in store alterations service. Just pop in with your items and we will take care of the rest.
Can I return an online order to the store?
Yes, you can return all online and store purchases to the store.
Can I return my store purchase by post?
Currently, if you have purchased in store and need to return you will need to pop back in to store to arrange. Please ensure you have a copy of your proof of purchase and our team will be happy to assist.

We now offer a Free Click and Collect service to our Bow Lane store and you can select this delivery method at checkout. Your order will available to collect within 2-4 days and we will look after this for you for up to 30 days. Please bring your ord
