At T.M.Lewin we will issue refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind within 30 days of receiving the goods (exclusions apply). The items must be unused and still in the original packaging with tags attached and must not be altered.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Any orders paid by split payment (part gift card, part other payment) will be refunded on to a gift card first and any remaining amount will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Payments using PayPal can be refunded or exchanged in any T.M. Lewin store. You will need to take the card linked with your PayPal account.
If you return your purchase via post after the 30 days (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right to reject the returned goods and your items will be returned to you.
Orders placed online and returned by post will be refunded and cannot be exchanged. Exclusions -
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty, on the following items:
- Delivery Charges (when only a part order is returned)
- Any altered items
Gift Cards are non-returnable and refundable.
UK Returns -
We are pleased to offer a Free Returns Service via Royal Mail for any online order. All you need to do to return your unwanted purchase is fill in the free returns label that you will receive with your order, attach it to the parcel and send it back to us.
You can download a printable returns label below.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of delivery from the post office just in case the parcel gets lost. You will not have to pay extra for this as it is part of our free returns service.
If you do not receive a free returns label with your order then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send one out to you.
Once we have received your goods we aim to process all refunds within 5 working days. The total time it takes to process a refund can be up to 10 working days.
USA Returns -
We offer a Free Returns Service via US Post. To return your item you will need to complete the Free Returns label that you receive with your order, attach it to the parcel and send it back to us.
If you do not have a Free Returns label you can create one using this link.
Once we have received your goods we aim to process your refund within 5 working days. Please note that it can take up to 21 days for us to receive your order and process the refund.
Australian Returns -
You may return orders via your closest stand-alone store. This cannot include Myers concessions.

If you are able to travel to the store, the store staff can send the goods to the UK on your behalf. If you are unable to get to a store in Australia, send the items to the nearest store by post with a cover note requesting they send them back to the UK for a refund. This may increase the time taken for the order to get back to us but it's the most cost-effective way of sending the items all the way back to the UK which can be expensive.
Rest of the World Returns -
You will need to write on the parcel ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ and return the goods by Airmail ONLY. You will also need to pay for the cost of the shipping. If the reason for the return is due to an error made by T.M.Lewin we will then refund you the postage once we have received the goods.
