    this MUST be a joke.

    delivery states 3-5 days (and is currently the only option) when ordering - why is this post buried in your t&c's and not shown when an order is placed?

    is it legal to clearly state one thing when ordering and another elsewhere on your site?

    I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS AND NOTIFICATIONS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES AS I PLACED AN ORDER OVER 5 WEEEKS AGO AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY, I HAVE NO DELIVERY TO DATE AND NO RESPONSES TO ANY OF MY CORRESPONDENCE. MY NEXT STEP IS TO ISSUE A COUNTY COURT SUMMOND TO RECOVER THE DEBT.

    Still waiting for a refund on my order cancelled in August after failing to to deliver after 5 weeks 

    No response to emails and they don't answer the phone !

    Like the previous comment , I will also need to take it to the small claims court if nothing works

    am completely unsatisfied with TM Lewin customer service/ purchase order 48757761. This order was made 07.12.20 and until today I have not receive the order. Despite all attempt to contact TM Lewin customer service regarding this order through 03300563365 failed.
    Please i need this order deliver as soon as possible or my money refunded.
