Hello! Please I just got an incomplete order.I oredered and paid for 13 shirts, only 7 was cargoed. I have contacted the delivery company which is Fedex and they confirmed only 7items was shipped. Please I need all my items delivered because i had paid for them.

I ordered shirts back on the 4 October 2020. I have sent numerous emails and have been told on the 3 November 2020 that the items were shipped yet they wont provide me with the tracking number. I paid for these and the customer service is terrible and nobody offers any assistance. I am in Australia.
I am still waiting for our order despite being told it was despatched on 27.10.20 and having paid. Your phone line isn't manned and you don't answer emails. The order no is.
No tracking number and FedEx doesn't recognise the order number. Been a TM Lewin customer for many years in the UK and now in NZ, love your clothes or want to order regularly as my husband is a barrister, but it is very hard to use or recommend you when I have been treated so badly.
