Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19 and related quarantine checks and enhanced hygiene regimes in our warehouse, we are seeing some delays in returns and refunds. We want to assure you that we are working hard to process these as quickly as possible, while keeping everybody safe, and that as a minimum we would ask you to please allow 14 working days for your refund to be processed. We apologise for any inconvenience at this time and we appreciate your patience.
TM Lewin has taken returns online in efforts to reduce our carbon footprint & go green! You’ll no longer receive a paper returns slip or returns label with your order.
Returned items must be in a resalable condition. That is to say that they must not be worn and must still have the tags attached. They must also be posted back to us within 90 days of you receiving them. We are unable to accept underwear or shoes back for hygiene reasons. In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or faulty item, please contact us.
Fill out your Returns Form
Click here to download and print off our returns form. Please make sure to fill it out carefully. You’ll find your order number on the Order Confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order. You can also find your order and item number in My Account if you are a registered user.
Pack the item(s)
Pack up the items you wish to return. If you can’t reuse the original packaging then please parcel it up as best as you can and remember to include your completed returns form inside the parcel.
Create Returns Label
Follow the link here and search for TM Lewin to enter your Order Number, your email address and select a service to create your Hermes returns label

- Locker Drop Off
- Courier Collection
You can then either print the label at home or take it to a local Hermes drop off point to print and send it.
When will I receive my refund?
From the date you post your return to us, we expect it to take up to 14 working days to be received and processed, with your refund following no more than 14 working days after that.
You must retain your proof of return from the ParcelShop or post office. In the unlikely event that we don’t receive your return, this will be the proof required for us to still action your return accordingly. We would recommend taking a picture of this receipt for safeguarding.
