If you're not around to receive your package, you can request a parcel shop drop off via your tracking link. Failing this EVRi or Royal Mail will leave it in a safe place (even if you haven't requested it). If there is no safe place to leave your parcel on the first attempt, our couriers will make up to two more delivery attempts. If delivery is still unsuccessful after these attempts, your order will be returned to the warehouse.
