Where is my order?

Once dispatched from our warehouse, you can track your order via the EVRI tracking number, which can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

My order is taking longer than expected to arrive.

If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected], or via live chat (available 7am - 11pm GMT, every day) and we will reach out to Evri on your behalf.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If you select next day delivery outside of this window, you may have to wait an additional working day for your parcel to arrive.

Is next day delivery available in my area?

Do you offer international shipping?

Do you deliver to BFPO box addresses?

Unfortunately, Evri is unable to deliver parcels to BFPO box addresses. If you have already placed an order to a BFPO box address, the order will automatically be processed as normal and dispatched from our warehouse, but unfortunately Evri will not

What are EVRi's delivering hours?

EVRi delivers between 8am-8pm GMT. If you placed an order for next day delivery, please wait until after 8pm GMT to get in touch with our customer service team.

What if I'm unable to receive my parcel?

If you're not around to receive your package, EVRi will leave it in a safe place (even if you haven't requested it). If there is no safe place to leave your parcel on the first attempt, EVRi will make up to two more delivery attempts. If delivery is
