If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected], or via live chat (available 7am - 11pm GMT, every day) and we will reach out to Evri on your behalf.
Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 3pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If you select next day delivery outside of this window, you may have to wait an additional working day for your parcel to arrive.

Unfortunately, Evri is unable to deliver parcels to BFPO box addresses. If you have already placed an order to a BFPO box address, the order will automatically be processed as normal and dispatched from our warehouse, but unfortunately Evri will not
EVRi delivers between 8am-8pm GMT. If you placed an order for next day delivery, please wait until after 8pm GMT to get in touch with our customer service team.
